This is a Microsoft Project tutorial covering resource availability. The tutor starts off by creating a project plan and allocating resources. The tutor then saves a baseline. The tutor demonstrates how data is displayed in the pre-set resource reports and then covers how to create your own resource availability report. The tutor uses a column chart to show planned work, baseline work, actual work, remaining work and work variance. The tutor then adds a data table displaying the same information.
