Patta Gobi Aloo Ki Sabzi Recipe

Serves 2
2-3 potatoes chopped
1/2 cabbage chopped as per your requirement
Heat kadai, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp jeera, a pinch of hing, 2 slit green chillies, few curry leaves. Saute and for a min and then add the potatoes. Cook the potatoes for about 2-3 mins and then add 1-2 tbsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp haldi, 1-2 tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste and mix. Cook for a min, then add the cabbage. Mix it nicely and cover with lid and cook till the veggies are completely cooked. It may take about 10-12 mins. After they are cooked, turn off heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice dal, or rotis!
