Ingredients:
✘ 75g spelt flour
✘ 175g skyr
✘ ≈ 3g baking powder

✘ A bit of salt
✘ 1/2 slice of cheddar
➡️ If you want to save even more calories, you can use cheese with less fat.
✘ Egg
➡️ This is used to brush the pizza rolls
✘ A bit of fresh oregano
Here’s how to do it:
Knead the spelt flour, baking powder, salt, and skyr into a dough. Then wrap the cheddar inside. Decorate with oregano. Put it in the air fryer for about 15 minutes. Done 😍
