Who knew about Anakin and Padme’s relationship? Because they’re not doing a great job at hiding it in Revenge of the Sith. The movie obviously shows us that Palpatine is fully aware of the marriage. Obi-Wan is able to deduce that Padme is pregnant with Anakin’s child. The book Brotherhood showed us that he suspected they had a relationship shortly after the events of Attack of the Clones, and in The Clone Wars series he continues to strongly suggest he knows what’s going on. Speaking of The Clone Wars, it would appear that Anakin let some of the clone troopers in on the secret, like Rex, who keeps a lookout for Skywalker while he makes a holocall back to his wife. The animated shorts Forces of Destiny revealed that Anakin’s Padawan, Ahsoka, knew about her master’s relationship. And EK Johnston’s trilogy of books surrounding Padme showed us that some of her handmaidens like Sabe and Dorme were aware of her secret marriage. #starwars
