Learning to talk for Dior has been a challenge because of nonverbal autism. Early therapies such as speech therapy have really helped.

What Is Nonverbal Autism?

Communicating with a nonverbal child can be challenging but hope with speech therapy at home and the addition of Dior's aac device we will be able to one day be able to fully communicate with her.

About Us:

We are the Goodmans. At two our daughter was diagnosed with ASD (Autism spectrum disorder) and Cerebral Palsy. She is an ex micro-preemie born at only 23 weeks gestation. She spent 157 long and scary days in the NICU. Despite all her challenges, she is a happy little girl.
