Ousted Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro and his party have challenged the election results from one of the tightest elections in the country’s history that took place earlier this month. NBC News’ Jacob Soboroff reports on how Bolsonaro is filing a complaint to the Brazilian Electoral Court claiming some voting machines were faulty.
