82B is a developer design collaboration. Laying to the principles to a functional family home and pushing the norms of material/construction.
In a very competitive local market at SB we believe in challenging the design, material and construction methods and yet balancing it with practicality/efficiency. 82B is a unique exploration which delivers it with utmost impact.
The six bed and 7 bath project is arranged in a 1 + 2 + 3 layout. The interior spaces spread out across all three levels. The ground floor consists of the public features, a free plan layout with large windows to the forecourt and mid court, the stairwell acts as a light source inviting sunlight on all levels, and binding the core and circulation, through a waterfall skylight. On the first floor open void create a sense of openness adding to the thoroughly naturally lit environment.
The basment consists of a seprate entrance, housing all the entertainment features of the house. A media room, multipurpose hall and a plunge pool with a sauna room.
The play of natural/artificial light on rich natural materials, enhances the indoor/outdoor experience. Inculcating a sense of calm and positivity for the occupants.
