EFF leader Julius Malema and MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi will be back in the Randburg Magistrate's Court in Johannesburg this morning to face assault charges.
The two are on trial for allegedly assaulting a police officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Johannes Venter at the funeral of struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela in 2018.
