Ingredients:
warm milk - 250 ml (8.45 fl oz)
vinegar - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
sugar - 40 g (1.4 oz)
yeast - 10 g (0.35 oz)
eggs - 1 piece
vanilla sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
flour - 500 g (17.64 oz)
TO LEAVEN 40 minutes
TO REST 10 minutes
mozzarella - 200 g (7 oz)
TO REST 20 minutes
Tray size 28 x 20 cm (11 in x 8 in)
yolk - 1 piece
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
cheese cream - 50 g (1.76 oz)
condensed milk - 30 g (1 oz)
sour cream - 30 g (1 oz)
for the tea:
chamomile - 30 g (1 oz)
lemon - 20 g (0.7 oz)
boiled water - 400 ml (13.5 fl oz)
