A political gathering by ODM party leader Raila Odinga in Katilia Turkana county was disrupted by rowdy youth who discharged their guns dispersing the crowd. The ODM chief is on a three day tour of Turkana county and had planned to address political gatherings in Katilia and Lokichar.
At Katilia, the meeting ended abruptly after a group of young men fired at those in attendance forcing Odinga in the company of Turkana county boss Josephat Nanok to cut short the rally.
The opposition leader however managed to stage a successful meeting at Lokichar where he condemned the incident terming it as barbaric.
