Civil Procedure Rules - Chapter 22: Appeal (CLP)

Any party dissatisfies with the court's decision, order or judgment may appeal to the superior court.

There are 3 types of appeals:-

(a) appeals to the High Court from Subordinate Courts;
(b) appeals to the Court of Appeal from High Court; and
(c) appeals to the Federal Court from the Court of Appeal.
