How To Make Danish Frikadeller
3 sliced, toast slice bread
1/2 cup full cream milk
500g beef mince
500g pork mince
1 brown onion, finely diced
1 handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp ground coriander
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
1 tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp english mustard
1 egg
Serve on its own, with potato salad or in a bread roll with mustard
