It's unbelievable but the original 1959 studio version with the beautiful ondes Martenot arrangement was nowhere to be found on the web so I've decided to upload it myself.
It was recorded on September 11, 1959 by Jacques Brel with François Rauber et son orchestre (including Sylvette Alart on ondes Martenot and probably Gérard Jouanest on piano).
