Ingredients:
Bread flour 500 grams (4 cups) use tbsp to measure your flour to avoid adding too much flour.
Sugar 55 grams (3 tbsp)
Powder milk 10 grams (1 tbsp)
Salt 5 grams (1/2 tsp)
Instant yeast ( 6 grams) 2 tsp
Water 130 grams (1/2 cup) warm
Evap milk 150 grams (2/3 cup)
Egg 1 large 55 grams + 1 yolk
Butter softened ( 60 grams) 1/4 cup
Note: If your dough mixture is too dry, add 1 to 3 tbsp of milk or water. until the dough comes together. If to wet, add flour 1 to 3 tbsp.
Coating:
softened butter 1/2 cup ( unsalted)
white sugar
