I decided to play a self made challenge run dubbed the psychopath playthrough.
Here are the Rules:
1. Try to kill all the bound
2. Keep reputation at hated in all districts
3. No trading (includes dead item shop)
4. No looting children's caches
5. No picking herbs
6. No working at the hospital
These rules force me to kill and steal as much as possible to survive.
