My Elook car cassette adapter kept being ejected from my cassette player immediately after inserting it. I found out that if I removed the small rubber wheel in the cassette adapter that the adapter would play my songs from my MP3 player. If you are having trouble with your adapter being ejected try removing the wheel as shown in the video.
