How To Make The Banana Pudding Custard:

Sugar Mixture:
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Nutmeg
Custard Sauce:
4 Cups Milks
1 Cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon AP Flour
2 Tablespoons Rum
4 Tablespoons Butter
Drop of Yellow Food Coloring
Combine all ingredients except for vanilla extract in medium sauce pot on medium to medium high heat and cook for 10-15 minutes stirring constantly until sauce is thick. Add in vanilla extract at end.
If Sauce is not thick to your liking then add in a cornstarch slurry to help thicken
