Best MIIT Short Abs Workout | Interval Training | Fitness With Diva
🌻 Hello Everyone,
Welcome to my Channel, The following workouts are part of The FitMas Challenge that has just finished, It is an 8 Part Series and an extra Bonus Video at the end. This is the fourth video of this series, Abs. Do pay attention to your alignment and form to avoid any injury. These are Medium Impact Interval Training (MIIT) Workouts a level up from the previous Tabata Series in which you can find in the description box below for beginners. I will be loading a new video every Monday. What is Interval training? The goal is to perform as many repetitions as you can in the given time period with a moment of rest. However, I do suggest going at your own pace to begin with as you build your way up, alternatively depending on your fitness level you could simply follow along. This is a no repeat, no talking workout, the exercises only appear once.
