Five Pomfret Fish Fry’s
Firstly clean the fish and cut the fish as shown in the video
Type 1 :
Pomfret fish - 1
besan 1 tb spn
maida flour - 1 tb spn
Ajwain - ½ tsp
Ginger garlic green chilli paste - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - To Taste
Pani 1tsp

In a bowl add besan flour,maida flour,ajwain,ginger garlic green chilli paste,kashmiri chilli powder,some salt and oil. Mix this well and marinate this well to the fish and deep fry it in the hot
