The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission can now proceed with investigations against Former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero after the high Court today dismissed a case he had filed to stop EACC from taking action against him. The EACC wanted to look into his bank accounts as they investigate if he illegally accumulated wealth, when he was Nairobi governor.
