This rotation utilizes no all too expensive fatal strikes, double Oz rings (only 1 Oz ring), and no headache inducing rng praying for perfect goddess resets.

Yes you can use inferno breath at the start and the burn DoT would theoretically increase your dmg, but its so small I don't bother.

I'm not too sure if the first 60s can be optimized better, I personally saw very little difference when alternating when to use first blessing, AB links, and first prominence. Alternative to current rotation would be to not use AB and Majesty right away, but use goddess blessing at the 90s mark, use AB at 80s and majesty shortly after, then bladefall and prominence at 70s. Again, hardly saw a difference though. The last 1 minute matters far more than first.

This isn't the best Kaiser culvert rotation, but its the easiest and most consistent to pull off, whilst still being efficient. I don't think double Oz ring event helps in most situations, unless you have insanely strong and consistent gear. If you were to include fatal procs, calculate when you'd need to proc it before the room so it perfectly syncs with your final 15s oz ring burst.
