Imagine this happening on your study abroad trip.

Bipin, is a 23 year old student from Nepal who came to Israel to study agriculture. Before leaving he told his family “Don’t worry, I’ll be fine, I’m going to explore the world.”

But then on October 7th he texted his wife “I won’t be coming home.”

Bipin was sheltering from rockets in a bomb shelter when Hamas terrorists entered the community he was staying in. The terrorists threw 2 grenades into the shelter he and other students were hiding in.

Bipin heroically threw one grenade out, saving many, but he didn’t get to the second grenade on time and some students were injured.

Although he had the opportunity to escape, Bipin stayed to care for the wounded and was subsequently captured and taken hostage into Gaza.

Bipin’s phone was traced to Gaza, but it remains unclear if he is alive or dead.

A few days ago we heard the tragic news that 32 families were notified that their loved ones who were being held hostage are no longer alive.

As the hostage’s situation grows more dire, would you continue to Pray for Israel by Name? Pray for Bipin by name, that God would bring him and the other hostages home safely.
