Join me for a gentle yin flow where we'll be stretching our neck, shoulders, and upper back. This practice is perfect if you've been sitting at a desk all day, or if you're experiencing any stiffness or pain in your neck and shoulders.
Feel free to modify any poses as needed so they are comfortable for you. This practice shouldn't cause any pain!
