A quick How-To-Guide on fixing the two main issues that most Demul users suffer with.

The main issues in this guide that we will be fixing are the mpr-21931.ic501 error ( Bios issues) and also the slowdown when in fullscreen mode.

A main problem with MPR is that people have not installed the bios correctly. For the Dreamcast you need the file shown in this video. For NAOMI and ATOMISWAVE - these need their OWN separate extension bios files.

So in order to get Naomi and Atomiswave files to run in Demul then you need to look for those specific Bios in order for them to work. They wont simply run off the Dreamcast Bios.

I would also recommend that if you looking at playing JUST Dreamcast games that you use Redream instead. This is because Demul is exceptionally outdated now and hasnt been properly updated in years. Redream is updated every few months and runs almost 99.9% of games perfectly now.

Redream also DOESNT need any Bios and is much quicker and easier to set up and sort out than what Demul is. The only real reason to still use Demul anymore is if your wanting to run Naomi and Atmoiswave games. If your just wanting Dreamcast games then its much simpler to use Redream.

Another (not mentioned in the video) contestant which popped up twice was Demul running at x2 the speed. This is an AUDIO issue which can be fixed by simply re-selecting your device.
