Along with gaining knowledge of the traditions and yogic lifestyle inspired by the 8 limbs of Ashtanga Philosophy. Including 75+postures of the primary series some Yin and Restorative in the evening sessions. 💖 You will be learning from highly experienced, talented, and compassionate instructors.
