Our Winnebago (VW) Rialta journeys brought us to Amarillo, Texas. For the first time we stopped at Big Texan RV Ranch and dined at the Big Texan Steakhouse, home of the big 72 ounce steak challenge.

Although we pass through Amarillo, TX often on our way through the United States, we had never stopped at Big Texan Steakhouse before. This time, we remembered that Big Texan also has an RV Park and booked ourselves in for the night. What followed was fantastic accommodations at the Big Texan RV Park and a great time with fun people and delicious home cooking style food at the Big Texan Steakhouse.

The RV Park at Big Texan RV Ranch features a great gift shop with RV supplies and dozens of Texas-themed souvenirs, common area, Outdoor Patio, indoor swimming pool, clean bathrooms and showers and spacious accommodation for rigs of all sizes.
