This video is our campground review of Badlands Interior Motel and Campground. It is part of our series of campground reviews: Full Time RV Life- Campgrounds from Oregon to Florida.
We made our way to the little town of Interior, South Dakota. What's so great about Interior, South Dakota? Well, it's a great place to stay if you want a full hook up base camp so you can explore Badlands National Park. Badlands National Park entrance is just one mile up the road from our base camp at Interior Motel and Campground. We could see the Badlands from the campground and from the trails of our dog walks!
Convenience!
This park has all you need. There's a small convenience store, a seasonal restaurant, and a pool. We had a sewer connection but not all campsites have one. They do have electric and water at the sites, along with a picnic table and fire ring. Of course, there's showers here but we didn't use them during our stay. This park also has a motel for those traveling by car. Our Verizon service worked great, no problems. Finally, the location is perfect for exploring Badlands National Park.
