In the first part of this video I’ll provide some further insights into the PADI diving instructor who almost murdered a Scottish tourist on Sairee Beach on the Thai island of Koh Tao.
PADI of course is an acronym for the Professional Association of Diving Instructors.
Some of you will already know, that following an inquiry into Khokpool’s unprovoked attack, PADI expelled Pat Khokpool aka Santi Khokpool in December 2020.

The basic facts of the attack are as follows:
Santi had been assaulting a female tourist in the bar area. The Scotsman appeared and asked whether everything was ok whereupon Santi turned around instantly smashing a bottle on the victim’s jaw then Santi proceeded to slice the victim’s neck open. The victim lost several pints of blood and was only saved by some excellent first aid and lifesaving surgery on the nearby island of Koh Samui.
It was not a fight or a “bar fight” despite the disinformation that has come from Koh Tao locals.

Big news services in Thailand find it difficult to cover such stories because of draconian criminal defamation laws and the Koh Tao locals’ habit of keeping many dirty secrets.
In the other 5 videos I point out that it appears that Khokpool has not been charged with any offence by the Royal Thai Police.
This might help explain why Khokpool seems untouchable.
