After finding no good video on here that explains the process, I decided to make my own. You don't need anything fancy, just a USB cord and computer with internet access. Here is the link to the Sigma lens firmware page, to save you time:

When you go here, find your lens and click over on the right side, where it says "Details". Scroll down to find the E-Mount section and there are the download links for Windows and Mac, take your pick.
