메르켈, '가장 영향력 큰 여성' 7년째 1위
German Chancellor Angela Merkel has once again topped the Forbe's list of the world's 100 most powerful women.
It marks the seventh consecutive year for her to clinch the top spot and the 12th time overall.
British Prime Minister Theresa May placed second, despite having a tough year in which her Conservative Party lost a big majority in a snap general election that she called.
In third is philanthropist Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and she is followed by Facebook's chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg.
The Forbe's list is culled from sectors such as politics, business, technology, media and philanthropy.
