The translation for the complete song is:
Master of the Universe, or Eternal Master, who reigned, before any, or all, form was created,
at the time when His will brought all into being, then King is the name we proclaimed for Him.
And after everything ceases to be, He will reign alone.
And He was, and He is, and He will be, or remain, in splendour.
And He is One, and there is no second (other)
to compare to Him, to connect with him.
Without beginning, without end,
To Him is the might, and the dominion (over everything).
And He is my G-d, and my living redeemer.
And the rock of my pain in times of distress.
And He is my banner and my retreat,
Filling my cup on the day I call.
Into His hands I entrust my spirit,
in times of sleep, and I will awaken.
And with my spirit, my body (will remain)
My G-d is with me, and I will not fear.
