Black Mesa is a remake of classic Half-Life first-person shooter by Valve, developed and released by Crowbar Collective in 2020 (final version). This game was freeware Half-Life 2 mod, released in 2012 in first place. Later in 2015 on Steam, Black Mesa was released in early access with a lot of improvements. Of course being remake of Half-Life we play as Gordon Freeman who is physicist working in Black Mesa Research Facility. After failed experiment he had to fight for his life with Xen aliens and United States HECU (Hazardous Environment Combat Unit) soldiers.
