How to fit 33” inch tires on a Jeep Cherokee XJ with a 3.5” lift.
To fit 33” tires with a 3.5” lift without serious rubbing issues you need to cut your fenders. It's much easier than it looks, I live in a state that requires my tires not to extend past my fenders so I went with a flat fender flare look to allow for a wider tire.
My pro comp wheels are 10” wide to allow for a 12.5” tire and the 3.65 wheel offset pushes them out for a wider stance.
I have been using a hack and tap for my Slip york eliminator and it has been working awesome with no problems along with a driveshaft I got from tom woods.
