Well...go big or go home, right? After quitting our jobs, selling our things, and leaving our home to travel the world, we decided to start it off with a bang by climbing the tallest mountain in Africa...Mount Kilimanjaro! We are taking the Machame Route that will take 7 days total to summit and descend from the massive free-standing mountain. Today in day 1 of the climb we start at Machame gate, and climb through the rainforest to Machame camp where we have our first dinner on the mountain, and sleep in our tents for the first time.
