2 salmon filets
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
In a bowl combine soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt and pepper. Marinate salmon in the sticky sauce for at least 20 mins. Heat a skillet on medium heat, wait until it’s hot, then add the olive oil. Add salmon, skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the remaining marinade on top. Serve the salmon over sticky rice, with cucumbers, carrots, avocado lemon juice and sesame seeds.
