From December 7-13 I traveled to Los Buzos kayak fishing resort in Panama. It was everything I hoped for, I caught over 10 new species of fish and my ultimate #bucketlist Roosterfish! On day 2 I brought in a nice rooster and due to an equipment malfunction it ended up flipping my kayak as I was pulling it into the boat. I had caught my rooster but had nothing to show for it because when it flipped me, my gopro got fried.
On the final hour of the final I finally got my trophy Roosterfish. It was very emotional. All the guides (Adam/Derret/Denes) were fantastic and made this a trip I will never forget....until my return...
