We're finally sharing the much anticipated giant trevally (Ulua) catch and cook. I shot this monster spearfishing in Hawaii just before the coronavirus lockdown and have been waiting to get a chance to smoke the fish and turn it into sausage. The sausage turned out epic and we take you through the whole process of grinding, stuffing, and packing it and then enjoy it with great friends.
