A sessions court in Mumbai has granted bail to Aditya Pandit, accused of abetting the suicide of his girlfriend, Air India pilot Srishti Tuli, in November 2024. The court noted that Tuli had not reported any complaints about their strained relationship to her family or authorities. Arrested on November 26 following allegations by Tuli’s father of harassment, Pandit claimed he had returned to Mumbai after receiving a distressing call from her, only to find her unresponsive at home. The court stated that further detention was unwarranted as the primary investigation was complete.
