My 7th consecutive participation in this classic Cape Town trail running event. 47km with 3200m of elevation.
The race takes you up to Devils Peak, Table Mountain, and Lion's Head returning back to Greenmarket Square in town after each one. Strong competition this year, and humid conditions made for a tough day out.
Regardless, as long as I'm able, I'll keep coming back.
