Here is one of my favorite moves for double hoops/ mini hoops... I have changed the name of this tutorial a few times because I don't know what the proper name should be. For now it's "8 petal anti-spin flower" but let me know if you think another name is more accurate! :)

Definitely be confident with the isoflower first. I think it is easier to drill this move by starting with the isoflower and then coming into the anti-spin flower with the bottom petal. Let me know if you have questions and I will do my best to help!!!
