I just used a smaller tip, star number 10.

Croquembouche is so challenger but the final product really worth it! That was my first try but I will definitely try more times!
Just remember: you can leave outside the fridge for more than 3 hours and you can not freeze, you have to eat it all at once!

Make sure you have friends and family around to enjoy it with you!
