case M-3 fork lift with out the forks this came out of Baltimore city I guess they used it for side walks. I've seen pictures in books of these with concrete buckets grading buckets and snow plows, that was in the days before skid loaders. aint sure of the year I would guess late 50's ear 60's
I was looking at a paver the other day and it has the same type of sprockets with the roller built into it I guess so it rides smoother
