This is the Puff Puff recipe I have made for years and it hasn't failed me. Many of you have made this recipe several times with great success. I wanted to shoot an updated recipe for you since the older one looks blurry.

INGREDIENTS FOR CAMEROONIAN PUFF PUFF
- 2 cups lukewarm water about 100-110 degrees F warm (43 degrees C)
- 2 ¼ teaspoons fast-rising or active dry yeast (0.25 ounces)*
- ½ cup sugar (use less or more depending on desired sweetness)
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (375 grams)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 40 ounces of vegetable oil (for frying) or any flavorless oil
*Active dry yeast would work as well
