I'm grilling ribs with direct heat over an open fire! Will this be my new favorite method? I'm using the Old Country BBQ Pits Vaquero (Santa Maria Style) grill, burning red oak splits down to coals, and grilling a rack of baby back ribs. These ribs were ready to eat in about 3 hours. They were absolutely delicious with a firm bark and that fire grilled flavor!
