I’m using molasses as a liquid dethatch to help stimulate the microbes to breakdown dead grass and clippings. The sugars in the molasses will send the microbes into overdrive and help them chew through some dead grass I have from a fungus I had called leaf spot. I’m also mixing in some subvert 18-0-8 “SYFE” and their 4-0-4 “MFT”. To help the grass out during the stresses of summer and to get it ready for my next application to get rid of crabgrass.
