Pono ACT Solid Acacia Taropatch Concert Ukulele

Pono brings us the eight string taropatch. Excellent quality and a wonderfully made instrument. With solid acacia body, ebony nut and saddle, wood inlay of kalo leaves aka taro and silky smooth satin finish.

Made popular in the early part of the 20th century, this eight string concert is tuned in unison C, so gg CC EE AA. The scale is concert.

The sound is rich and full with lingering chorus when played fingerstyle and a lively tone when strummed.
