I was so inspired by GBBO that I wanted to try all the technical challenge recipes.
GBBO S02E06 - Desserts week - Mary Berry's Chocolate Roulade. This roulade is made without flour so it's light as a feather. Add berries to the whipped cream filling to make a decadent gluten-free dessert
Preparation time - 30 mins to 1 hour
Cooking time - 10 to 30 mins

1. Dark chocolate chips - 175 grams/ 6 oz
2. Eggs, separated - 6
3. Caster sugar - 175 grams/ 6 oz
4. Cocoa powder - 2 tablespoon
5. Double/Heavy cream - 300 ml/ 10 fl oz
6. Icing sugar, to dust
