➡️ART AS PSYCHOTHERAPY
The fusion of creating artwork with psychotherapeutic support, resources, processing, and guidance. This is what I offer to my clients. I find it incredibly powerful to combine the process and action of making art with psychotherapeutic modalities such as Internal Family Systems, Jungian Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and others.
