Ingredients:
14 oz Philly Steak
6 Egg roll wrappers
Half of one onion
Half of one green pepper
Season with salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3 cups mozzarella

Dipping Sauce
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
