Ingredients
1 kg legs
3 tbsp lemon 🍋 juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
2.5 g turmaric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masla
1 tsp black cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 red crushed chilli powder
1 tsp corrinder powder
1 tbsp ginger & garlic 🧄 paste
1 tbsp papaya paste
2 tbsp oil
1 cup yougart
5 tbsp fresh cream
2 tbsp chickpeas powder
1 tbsp almond powder & 1 tbsp cashew nuts powder

Method
Get a bowl,add chicken leg,lemon juice,salt,tumaric powder,garam masala,black cumin powder,red chilli powder,crushed chilli powder,corrinder powder,ginger and garlic paste,papaya paste.After,mix it well.Then add oil,yougart,fresh cream,chickpeas powder,almond powder,cashew nuts powder.Mix well.put charcoal on a foil then 1 drop of oil and cover it.After 2-3 min take the lid off.Finally,now let it cook on the pan low heat.You can eat it now.
